Leadership Article

On behalf of the Polar Tankers we would like to thank MITAGS-PMI again for conducting such a successful Leadership Conference last week.  We conducted a conference debrief meeting yesterday to discuss the “Good, Bad and Ugly” aspects of the conference and to identify any adjustments that should be made for our next session.  The overwhelming consensus was that all of the presenters did an excellent job.  We were especially impressed with how your team was able to present the material in a manner that supported our Leadership Competencies and encouraged attendee participation as well as they did.  The end result far exceeded any expectations that we had going into to the conference.  Dennis Weeks, Operations Compliance Director, Polar Tankers
