Course Description

This 1-day classroom seminar is designed to enhance masters and pilots understanding of the application of the U.S. Inland and International Rules for the prevention of collisions at sea. The seminar demonstrates, through interactive presentations, the importance of a thorough knowledge and understanding of the collision regulations including their application and intent in complex multi-ship situations.
