Course Description

This 4-day course covers all aspects of survival in accordance with the newest regulations prescribed by IMO and the U.S. Coast Guard. The underway training takes place aboard a contemporary 40-person motor enclosed lifeboat.

The Pacific Maritime Institute is please to partner with Q3 Marine Training Solutions to offer Lifeboat / Proficiency in Survival Craft training in Seattle, Washington and the Puget Sound area. Lifeboat technology has changed dramatically over the last 20 years.
