Course Description
This one-day seminar provides senior pilots with the knowledge and understanding of their role as onboard trainers and mentors for apprentice pilots. Participants will learn basic adult learning theory and how to apply instructional techniques to onboard training situations for maximum effectiveness, including developing relevant and clear learning objectives, and identifying and demonstrating effective communication, motivation and conflict resolution skills.
