Course Description
This seminar is specifically designed to discuss and review Inland and International Rules that have the greatest impact on pilotage. Special emphasis is placed on recent case studies where improper interpretation of the International Regulations for Avoiding Collisions at Sea (COLREGS) resulted in collisions or groundings.
