Course Description

The primary goal of this seminar is to provide the knowledge and understanding of practical assessments. Following classroom discussion, participants are given the opportunity to practice performance assessments in  a full mission bridge simulator. Additionally, this seminar provides a framework for improving an association's training program, maximizing trainee pilot performance, and improving the process for conducting and documenting pilot trainee assessments.
